Return & Exchange Policy

1. Cancellation

To cancel an order, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your account on our website.
  2. After logging in, go to the My Account page.
  3. On the Order Details page, locate the order you wish to cancel.
  4. Click the Cancel Order button to initiate the cancellation process.

1.1 Order Cancellation Rules

Please note that order cancellation requests can only be initiated independently within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order enters the shipping process. If you are unable to cancel the order on your own, please contact our customer service team for assistance. If your order has already entered the shipping process, please refer to the return policy outlined in Section 4 below.

1.2 Shop Pay Installments

If you used Shop Pay Installments for your purchase, the authorization charge may take up to 30 days to be removed from your credit card statement. If it is not removed after 30 days, please contact our customer service team.

2. Return Policy & Restocking Fee

2.1 Returns of Brand-New, Unused Items (Within 14 Days)

You may return any brand-new, unused item within 14 days of receipt for a full refund (excluding shipping fees). To be eligible for the return, the electric bicycle’s odometer reading must be 0 miles.

Once the item arrives at our headquarters and passes inspection, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.

2.2 Returns of Used Items

All second-hand items may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided that the return shipping fee and a 15% restocking fee based on the purchase price are paid. The item must be returned in a condition free from obvious damage. For electric bicycles, the odometer reading must be less than twenty (20) miles.

2.3 Return Shipping Fees

For returns initiated due to personal reasons, the buyer shall bear the return shipping costs in full. You may contact our customer service team via email to choose between arranged door-to-door pickup and self-return shipping.

2.4 Return Process, Cash on Delivery (COD) & Refund Timing

Please contact our customer service team via the email address below to initiate the return process. To expedite the handling of your return, please provide a detailed description of the return reason (preferably accompanied by photo evidence). Our customer service representatives will respond to your return request via email within 24 hours. Please follow the instructions provided by our staff to complete the return procedure.

All refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 72 hours (or reflected in your next paper billing statement). The exact time the funds arrive is subject to the processing rules of your financial institution.

Note: WEEKANDIGO does not accept Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

2.5 No Returns for Items Purchased from Bicycle Stores

Please note that each of our partner retailers has its own separate return policy and process. We do not accept returns for items purchased from bicycle stores—our return policy applies exclusively to purchases made via the WEEKANDIGO website. Please contact the original point of purchase to inquire about their return policy.

2.6 Refusal of Delivery

If the buyer refuses to accept a shipped order due to personal reasons, we reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee per electric bicycle to offset the incurred shipping and packaging costs.

Refused goods will be deemed as returned items. After inspection, the refund will be credited back to your original payment account and processed within 7 business days.

Please note that you must notify WEEKANDIGO of the delivery refusal via email to receive your refund. Otherwise, the processing of the refund for the refused goods will be significantly delayed.

2.7 Battery Returns

Due to DOT transportation restrictions, battery returns require special packaging and logistics arrangements. In the event of battery quality issues, we will provide free replacement or repair services instead of processing a simple return
