When will the package be shipped?
Please rest assured that your order will be processed on a priority basis within 1-2 business days of placement (Monday to Saturday). Our partnered couriers include FedEx, UPS and other major carriers.
Generally speaking, the delivery timelines are as follows:
In-stock electric bicycles: 5–7 business days
In-stock warranty orders: 1–10 business days
Inventory parts and components: 1–15 business days
Who pays import duties and VAT?
All orders are shipped locally from our US facilities. No import duties will be charged to US customers.

Do electric bikes need to be assembled?
Electric bikes arrive partially assembled and require a few additional steps to complete the assembly. Please carefully watch the assembly tutorial or refer to the electric bike user manual for installation instructions. Assembly Tutorial.
Can discounts be stacked?
Only one coupon can be used per order, and we do not support coupon stacking. The final interpretation right belongs to WEEKANDIGO.
