Warranty Card

Warranty & Important Notice

Please read all manuals included with the product before your first ride. The manuals contain vital safety information, as well as detailed instructions for assembly, operation and maintenance. WEEKANDIGO also recommends registering your bike at WWW.WEEKANDIGO.COM upon purchase. Registration is not a requirement for warranty coverage, yet it enables us to deliver better after-sales support in the future.

WEEKANDIGO strongly advises all customers to have their bike inspected and tested by a certified bicycle technician prior to the first ride. A thorough check of all components guarantees riding safety. WEEKANDIGO shall not be liable for any damage to the bicycle or its components resulting from improper assembly. Any parts replacement or repair fees incurred due to incorrect assembly shall be borne solely by the customer, with no liability assumed by WEEKANDIGO.

Warranty Coverage

To minimize your waiting time, we generally replace defective parts instead of repairing them.

Parts that comply with the warranty terms stated on this page are covered under full free warranty service.

Parts out of warranty period can still be repaired or replaced at an additional cost. For specific pricing details, please contact us via support@weekandigo.com.

Additional expenses incurred during repairs, such as alternative transportation, fuel or ride-sharing fees, are not covered by the warranty.

Wear and Tear – What Is Not Covered by Warranty?

Wear and tear refers to the natural and inevitable damage that occurs as a result of normal riding. For example, even with proper maintenance, your freewheel and chain will eventually wear out and need replacement. This also applies to scratches and other potential damage to bike paint or graphics caused by regular use and exposure to the elements. Over time, your bike may develop minor squeaks or noises while riding, which typically indicate that maintenance is needed.
Items subject to wear and tear are not covered under this warranty. Below is a non-exhaustive list of typical wear-and-tear items not covered:

1. Bearings

2. Brake pads

3. Chains

4. Freewheel hub body

5. Handlebar grips

6. Rubber moving parts

7. Shifters, brake cables, and housings

8. Spokes

9. Chainrings

10. Stripped threads/bolts

11. Tools

12. Drivetrain gears

Important Reminder: You must always contact WEEKANDIGO to file a warranty claim and obtain prior notice and authorization before taking any further action.
